How do I report abuse on EasySend?

Report abuse through the contact form at /contact or email [email protected]. Describe the issue and include the share link. Files violating the Terms of Service are removed within 24 hours.

EasySend takes abuse reports seriously. If you encounter a file or share link that violates the Terms of Service, you can report it through several channels and expect a fast response.

How to Submit a Report

There are two ways to report abuse:

What to Include in Your Report

A useful abuse report includes the share link, a description of what the content contains or why it violates the terms, the date you encountered it and any other relevant details. The more information you provide, the faster the team can review and act on the report. You do not need to download or open the file to report it.

What Happens After You Report

The EasySend team reviews every abuse report manually. Files that violate the Terms of Service are removed within 24 hours of the report. In urgent cases involving illegal content, files may be removed faster and reported to the appropriate authorities. The reporter receives a confirmation once the review is complete.

What Counts as Abuse

The Terms of Service prohibit uploading malware, copyrighted content you do not own, illegal material, personal data shared without consent and content intended to harass or harm others. Spam distribution through share links is also prohibited. If you are unsure whether something qualifies, report it anyway and the team will make the determination.

Protecting Your Own Uploads

If someone is misusing a link you shared, you can delete your upload at any time from the management page. If you enabled a password, changing it immediately locks out anyone who had the old one. For sensitive files, always enable end-to-end encryption and share the password through a separate channel.

For all policies, see the Terms of Service. To submit a report now, visit the contact page.
