Do I need an account to use EasySend?

EasySend is designed from the ground up to work without accounts. There is no registration page, no login form and no email verification step. You go to the site, drop your files and get a shareable link. The entire process takes under 10 seconds.

Why No Signup?

Most file sharing services force you to create an account because they want your email address for marketing. EasySend takes the opposite approach. By not collecting personal information, EasySend minimizes the data it holds and reduces privacy risk for users. There is no user database to breach, no password to forget and no marketing emails to unsubscribe from.

Recipients Need No Account Either

When you share a link with someone, they can view and download the files immediately. There is no "create an account to download" gate. No app install prompt. No email collection form. The recipient clicks the link, sees the files and downloads what they need. This zero-friction approach makes EasySend especially useful for sharing files with non-technical recipients, clients and people you do not know well.

How Management Works Without Accounts

Instead of accounts, EasySend uses upload tokens. When you upload files, a unique management URL is generated and saved in your browser. This URL gives you full control over your upload: view download counts, delete files, extend storage duration, rename files and reorder bundles. You can bookmark this URL or save it for later access.

Paid Plans Without Accounts

Even paid features work without an account. When you purchase a 30-day extension, Lifetime storage or Premium plan, the payment is processed through Stripe and linked to your upload token. No email address is required for any transaction. Your receipt is displayed on screen and your upgraded status is tied to the management URL.

No Data Collection

EasySend does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers or any personally identifiable information during the upload or download process. The only analytics used are Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for understanding aggregate traffic patterns. There are no advertising trackers and no data is sold to third parties.
