How do I share files with Zapier and EasySend?
The EasySend Zapier integration lets you automate file sharing workflows without writing code. You can connect EasySend to thousands of other apps and build multi-step automations called Zaps.
Getting Started
Log into Zapier and search for "EasySend" in the app directory. Click Connect and enter your EasySend API key. You can generate an API key from the developer API page. Once connected, EasySend appears as both a trigger and an action in the Zap editor.
Available Triggers
Triggers fire when something happens in EasySend. The two main triggers are:
- New Upload - fires when a new file or bundle is uploaded to your account. Use this to notify a Slack channel, log uploads to a spreadsheet or kick off a review workflow.
- File Downloaded - fires when someone downloads a file from one of your share links. Use this to send yourself a notification, update a CRM record or track deliveries.
Available Actions
Actions let other apps push files into EasySend. The two main actions are:
- Upload File - takes a file URL or raw file data from a previous Zap step and uploads it to EasySend. Returns a share link you can pass to the next step.
- Create Bundle - takes multiple files and groups them into a single EasySend bundle with one download link. Useful for packaging reports, invoices or project assets automatically.
Example Workflows
A common workflow is connecting Google Drive to EasySend. When a new file appears in a specific Drive folder, Zapier uploads it to EasySend and posts the share link in a Slack channel. Another example is connecting a form tool like Typeform so that file attachments submitted through forms are automatically uploaded and shared.
