By using EasySend, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Acceptable use

You may use EasySend to share files for any lawful purpose. You may not use EasySend to:

• Upload, store or distribute illegal content under applicable law
• Distribute malware, viruses, ransomware or any other malicious software
• Upload, store or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate access for users who violate these terms, without prior notice.

DMCA compliance

EasySend complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content hosted on EasySend infringes your copyright, please submit a takedown request to [email protected] with the relevant details. We will review and act on valid requests promptly.

No warranty

EasySend is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasySend and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to EasySend at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms. Since no account is required, "termination" may take the form of blocking access or removing uploaded content.

File deletion

Files uploaded to EasySend are automatically deleted after their retention period expires. Free uploads expire after 3 days. Paid uploads expire according to the retention period selected at the time of purchase. Once deleted, files cannot be recovered.

Pricing changes

We may change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will apply only to new uploads and will not affect files already uploaded under a previous pricing structure. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant pricing changes in advance.

Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of EasySend after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
