Is EasySend really free?
Yes. The free tier is fully functional with no strings attached. Upload up to 1GB, share with anyone, use encryption, API access and all features. No signup, no email and no credit card required. Paid plans are optional for users who need longer storage or larger files.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Premium subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your Stripe billing portal. Your files remain accessible until the end of your billing period. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in contracts.
What happens when my files expire?
Free uploads are automatically deleted after 3 days. Extended uploads last 30 days. Premium and Lifetime uploads are stored permanently until you delete them. We send an expiry warning email if you provided a notification email address.
Do I need an account to use EasySend?
No. EasySend requires zero signup on any plan, including Premium. You pay through Stripe and receive a management link. No accounts, no passwords, no personal data collected.
How does EasySend compare to WeTransfer pricing?

What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards and Apple Pay. All transactions are secure and processed over HTTPS.
Is there a file type limit?
No. EasySend accepts every file type with no restrictions. Documents, photos, videos, archives, code, design files, databases and any other format. The only limit is file size: 1GB on free, 10GB on Premium.
