File Sharing for Business
Professional file sharing that makes your business look professional. Custom vanity URLs, download analytics, email notifications and encryption built in from day one. No IT department required.
File Sharing That Works the Way Businesses Do
Every business shares files. Proposals go to clients. Contracts go to partners. Reports go to stakeholders. Creative assets go to agencies. And most of the time this happens through email attachments, personal Google Drive links or whatever free tool someone found five minutes ago. It works - barely - but it doesn't look professional and it definitely isn't secure.
We built EasySend's business features for companies that want file sharing to be reliable, trackable and branded without turning it into a six-month IT project. Everything works out of the box and the learning curve is about 30 seconds.
Custom Vanity URLs
First impressions matter. When you send a file to a client the link should look like it came from a real business, not a random file locker. With EasySend you get custom vanity URLs that include your company name.
Instead of a generic link your clients see something clean and recognizable. It builds trust before they even click. We've had customers tell us that branded links increased their download rates because recipients were less suspicious about clicking an unfamiliar URL. In an era where everyone is cautious about phishing that credibility matters.
Download Analytics That Tell You What Happened
When you email an attachment you have no idea if the person opened it, downloaded it or ignored it entirely. With EasySend you get real download analytics. You'll know when someone downloaded your file, how many times it was accessed and which geographic region the downloads came from.
This is genuinely useful in sales situations. You send a proposal on Monday and by Wednesday you can see it was downloaded three times by two different people at the client's company. That tells you something - they're sharing it internally and discussing it. That's the kind of intelligence that helps you time your follow-up call perfectly.
Email Notifications
Don't want to check the dashboard constantly? We get it. You can enable email notifications that alert you the moment someone downloads your file. Send a contract to a client and get pinged the second they grab it. It's a small feature but once you have it you wonder how you ever managed without it.
Notifications include the download timestamp and basic details so you get the important information right in your inbox without needing to log in anywhere.
Password Protection
Some files shouldn't be accessible to anyone who stumbles across the link. Financial statements, legal documents, personnel records - these need an extra gate. EasySend lets you set a password on any file transfer. Recipients need both the link and the password to access the download.
We recommend sharing the password through a separate channel from the link. Send the link via email and the password via text message for example. This way a single compromised channel doesn't expose your files. It takes 5 seconds to set up and it's the kind of precaution that clients and partners notice and appreciate.
Encryption by Default
Every file uploaded through EasySend is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it leaves your browser. This isn't an add-on feature or a premium upgrade - it's how the service works at a fundamental level. Your files are encrypted on your device, stored encrypted on our servers and decrypted only when the recipient opens the link.
For businesses in regulated industries - healthcare, finance, legal - this matters enormously. You can tell clients and compliance officers that files are encrypted end-to-end with military-grade encryption and you're not exaggerating. It's the honest truth of how our system operates.
Use Cases We See Every Day
Sales teams send proposals, pitch decks and pricing documents to prospects. They use download tracking to gauge interest and time their follow-ups.
Creative agencies deliver final assets to clients - high-resolution photos, video files and design packages that are too large for email. Branded links make the delivery feel professional.
Accounting firms share tax documents and financial reports with clients who need secure access but aren't technical enough for encrypted email solutions.
Law firms exchange case files and contracts with opposing counsel where confidentiality isn't optional. Password protection and encryption handle the security requirements without adding complexity.
HR departments distribute offer letters, policy documents and onboarding materials to new hires before their first day.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to sign a contract or commit to a plan?
No long-term contracts. Our business plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. You can also start with the free tier to test things out before committing to a paid plan. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
Can multiple people on my team use one account?
Yes. Business plans include team features that let multiple users share files under your company's branding. Each team member gets their own login and you get a unified dashboard showing all file activity across the team.
How do vanity URLs work?
During setup you choose a custom subdomain or URL path that includes your business name. All files shared by your team use this branded URL automatically. Recipients see your company name in the link which builds trust and reinforces your brand with every file you share.
What kind of analytics do you provide?
You get download counts, timestamps, geographic region data and unique visitor tracking for every file you share. Business plans include a dashboard that shows trends over time so you can see patterns in how your files are being accessed. All data is available via the API for integration with your existing tools.
Is EasySend compliant with data protection regulations?
Our encryption architecture and zero-knowledge design align with the data protection principles in GDPR, HIPAA and similar frameworks. Files are encrypted end-to-end and we cannot access the content of your uploads. For specific compliance questions related to your industry we recommend consulting with your legal team as requirements vary by jurisdiction and use case.
